How do I edit my experience?

Once you purchase an experience, you will receive a magic link to access your dashboard. From there, you can edit text, upload new photos, and preview your changes before publishing.

How long does my experience stay online?

By default, most experiences stay online for 1 year from the date of creation. You can choose to extend this hosting period from your dashboard.

Can I download the experience?

Our experiences are web-based and interactive, so they cannot be downloaded as simple videos or images. They are designed to be shared via a unique link and experienced in a web browser.

The link I received isn't working

If you are having trouble accessing your dashboard or sharing link, please ensure you are using the exact link provided in your confirmation email. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
