One For You, a product by Thodberry, empowers you to create beautiful, personalized digital experiences. To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, all users must adhere to this User Content Policy when uploading photos, writing messages, or customizing templates.

1. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all content you upload or transmit through our platform ("User Content"). You agree that your User Content will be appropriate, lawful, and will not violate the rights of any third party.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, or transmit any content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence against individuals or groups.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains non-consensual intimate imagery.

3. Content Moderation & Removal

While we do not proactively monitor all User Content, we reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates this policy or our Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform without a refund.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a digital experience or template on our platform that violates this policy, please report it immediately by contacting us at contact@thodberry.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
