1. Digital Products

Because our products are personalized digital experiences that are created and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once an experience has been paid for and generated.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Failures: If a technical error on our platform prevents your experience from functioning correctly and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same template twice within a short period.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at contact@thodberry.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order details and the reason for your request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
